First Climate teams in Bad Vilbel now in a new location
For nearly 17 years, First Climate has worked out of the same location – in a shared office building where employees were grouped across multiple floors – in Bad Vilbel (Hessen). Now we are pleased to announce our relocation to a larger facility also in Bad Vilbel. We not only have a new address from now on, but also more modern and larger offices, which provide ample room for growth for our company.
Just a short stroll from its former location, the new First Climate office features an open U-shaped floor plan on a single level. The architectural concept was designed to best support the local workforce: The new environment and freshly renovated office space promote efficiency and cooperation within the team and create synergies. Partition walls and doors made of glass let in plenty of natural light and create a pleasant, spacious working atmosphere and a feeling of transparency. In addition to the offices, the local teams have access to open areas for cross-team exchanges and meetings. There is also a welcoming reception area with plenty of greenery, lounges for employees and guests, and various modern conference rooms. The latter are fully equipped, and feature up-to-date media systems for online meetings and seminars.
In conceptualizing the plans, great importance was attached to taking the needs of the growing international workforce for a contemporary working environment into account in the best possible way, thus facilitating mobile or hybrid employment models in addition to face-to-face office hours as required. All rooms can be used and configured flexibly, making it possible to work together easily, efficiently and conveniently even when office staffing levels change.

Also, other First Climate locations have undergone similar workspace changes or they are coming soon. Already in the middle of last year, the team in Zurich expanded to additional space within the existing building. And the Hamburg site will soon move to larger offices within the same renovated warehouse complex near the bustling St. Pauli business district, where additional 20 spaces will be able to accommodate the growing team.
