The project includes the construction and operation of a total of 43 wind turbines in the district of Gadag, which is located in the state of Karnataka in south-west India.

Each of the turbines has an output of 0.8 MW and the total generating capacity of the wind turbines is 34.4 MW. The project generates around 70,000 MWh of clean energy per year. The sustainably generated electricity is fed into the regional power grid.

In this way, the project contributes to reducing the energy supply gap in the state of Karnataka, diversifying the Indian energy mix and reducing CO2 emissions.
