First Climate has again been selected as a CDP accredited provider and will continue in 2018 to be a Silver Renewable Energy Partner of the CDP for the UK and the DACH region. This means that CDP and First Climate are continuing their cooperation in the field of renewable energy, which began last year, with the aim to further promote the use of sustainably generated energy and to help businesses successfully develop towards a low-carbon economy.
As Silver Renewable Energy Partner of the CDP, First Climate supports companies in developing and implementing sustainable strategies for the use of renewable energy. Companies that report to the CDP and want to switch to renewable energy will find an experienced partner in First Climate. The CDP accreditation can be used as a seal of quality, proving that all service offers meet the CDP quality standards.
“It is only through collaboration and collective action that we will achieve a low-carbon economy”, says Paul Robins, Director of Fundraising at CDP. “We are therefore very happy that, with First Climate, we have a well-versed partner at our side that will support our work in the renewable energy sector and assist all those disclosing with expertise and top-notch services.”
First Climate and CDP have already presented two webinars on the topic of “How to develop a green energy procurement strategy?” with well over 100 participants in each over the past year. There will therefore be a corresponding offer again within the current year. Dates and registration details will be announced in advance on the First Climate website at www.firstclimate.de and on the CDP website at www.cdp.net .
