First Climate co-hosted workshop "Carbon Market after 2012"

First Climate Markets AG and Norton Rose Poland held a joint workshop for Polish customers on post-2012 carbon market development scenarios. Poland as the fourth largest carbon market in EU ETS and the most carbon-intensive economy of the EU is of crucial importance to all market participants.
Benita Górnicka and Krzysztof Mlynarz presented the anticipated market scenarios for the period before and after 2012 and present the risk management capabilities of carbon market financial instruments to the major installations in Poland.
Mr. Rafal Hajduk, Partner at Norton Rose Poland, presented the legal aspects of the carbon market before and after 2012 along with legal risk mitigation possibilities.
