Carbon credits - will they fund African clean energy?

Nikolaus Wohlgemuth, Regional Manager Africa & Pakistan with First Climate, participated in the Financial Solutions session on Wednesday 30 June, 11:30 - 13:00. He discussed how carbon credits help to overcome investment barriers to clean energy projects. He also shared his experience that the revenue from the sale of CERs differs considerably between projects types (i.e. technologies).
